*We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless the product is defective.

*We do our best to inspect our products before shipping, but if the product you receive is defective, or if the product is different from what you ordered, we will return or exchange it.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of products that are damaged or stained due to the customer's own reasons (wrong size, wrong image, etc.), or due to the customer cutting or losing tags. Please check the product details and precautions carefully on the product page when placing an order.
*Refunds for items that are damaged upon arrival will be processed by your credit card company if you paid by credit card. If credit card processing is not possible, we will remit the product price, shipping fee to the account specified by the customer.
